A promotional film for the 'Southern District Joint School Council Dragon Culture Education Showcase'. In the Year of the Dragon, Southern District Joint School Council held a series of Chinese-culture activities — a thousand-strong calligraphy of '龍', a marine-conservation programme with Ocean Park, and a mass Wing Chun demonstration — immersing students in Chinese culture and building a dragon-culture education brand for the district.
